The Small Business Innovation Research and Small Business Technology Transfer programmes are the main route to non-dilutive federal funding for small companies doing research. Eleven agencies participate, each with its own priorities, cycles and topic lists.

The thing worth knowing when reading a list like this: the closing date is the least important column. What matters is whether your work answers the topic as written, and that question is best settled with the programme officer before you write anything.
